Great Point Partners I (GPP I) is a $156 million private equity fund with a ten year life. The fund makes growth recapitalizations and growth equity investments of $7 to $25 million. While most of the companies we invest in are growing and profitable, some investments may occur in companies that are transitioning to profitability.
GPP I invests in a broad range of health care segments including behavioral health, biologics manufacturing, life sciences, health care services, hospital outsourcing, information technology, medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, and workers compensation companies.
We use our own equity to provide shareholder liquidity in private companies, complete growth recapitalizations, fund growth capital, close fold-in acquisitions, lead management buy-outs, and finance corporate spin-offs.
