Position Background Requirements
Analyst
- Recent college graduates with up to two years of post-undergraduate work experience
- Class rank in the top 25% of your graduating class and a background in finance, economics, mathematics, or science
- Relevant summer or full-time work experience
- Strong communications, sales skills and an interest in financing growth companies
Associate
- College graduates with two to three years of investment banking or management consulting experience
- Class rank in the top 25% of your graduating class
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and sales skills
Senior Associate
- MBA or other advanced degree program graduates
- Academic honors or other accomplishments that distinguish you
- Two to four years experience at an investment bank, management consulting firm, or private equity firm
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills
