We support our entrepreneurs not only with capital, but also with the resources of our investment team and CEO Advisory Board. We provide stock options to all the senior executives ranging from 7-15% of corporate ownership. Approximately 8% of every dollar invested in your company comes from the Great Point Partners team. When we enter a partnership with you, we share a common goal – your company’s continued growth and success.
Investors Not Operators
The Great Point Partners team is there to provide strategic advice without taking over operational control of your business. Experienced management teams know their businesses best; our role is to support your growth objectives by providing needed capital, actionable acquisitions and long-term guidance.

Great Point takes a long-term approach to building leading healthcare companies. We fully recognize that our investments in infrastructure, operational improvements and tuck-in acquisitions take time to mature. Our firm typically owns businesses for 5-8 years, but we have realized successful investments in companies we have owned for over a decade. Great Point works closely with the entrepreneurs we have chosen to back to ensure their personal and professional goals have been met before we collectively decide to sell the business.
