Jeffrey Winter

Chairman of the board of directors for Family Resource Home Care (GPP III)

Jeffrey Winter is the Chairman of the board of directors for Family Resource Home Care (GPP III).

Mr. Winter is the former President and CEO of Autism Learning Partners (“ALP”) (GPP I).  He joined the Company in January 2015 following ALP’s financial underperformance to turn the business around both culturally and financially.  During his tenure at ALP, Mr. Winter increased EBITDA from $2.5 million to $14.5M in 2017 at GPP’s exit and dramatically improved the culture and strategic direction of the business.

He has over 37 years of experience in leadership positions.  Previously, Mr. Winter served as the President of Kindred Healthcare’s Hospital Division.

He is a graduate of San Francisco University and Golden Gate University.
